Terms of Service for WellHabit

Welcome to WellHabit, a simple motivational app that displays inspirational action cards and habit-building tips for iOS devices (the "App"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the App provided by simpleduo ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the App, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable guidelines. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.
2. Use of the App
License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
User Conduct: You agree not to violate any applicable laws or regulations while using the App.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Free and Premium Versions: The App provides a free tier with limited content. To unlock full functionality you can subscribe to the Premium tier through auto-renewable subscriptions offered on a monthly or annual basis.
Payment & Renewal: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period and the cost of the renewal will be identified.
Manage Subscription: You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase. Cancellation of the current subscription period is not allowed while the subscription is active.
Free Trial: We may offer an introductory free trial. Any unused portion of a free-trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Price Changes: If the price of your subscription increases, Apple will notify you in advance and seek your agreement. If you do not agree to the new price, you can cancel the subscription in your Account Settings before the change takes effect.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple under the App Store refund policy. We do not provide refunds directly.
4. User Accounts
The App does not use user accounts. You can use the App without registering or providing personal information.
5. Intellectual Property
The App and its content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
