Terms of Service for Bible Jigsaw Puzzle

By using the App, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable guidelines. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

User Conduct: You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

• Interfere with the operation of the App or its servers.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App.

• Use the App in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it.

• Engage in any activity that is harmful, unethical, or offensive.

Free Access: The App offers free usage. Optional in-app purchases, including a lifetime purchase and monthly/yearly auto-renewing subscriptions, may unlock additional features or content.

• Billing: Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. We do not collect or store your payment card details.

• Subscription terms: Monthly and yearly subscriptions auto-renew. Your Apple ID will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period unless auto-renew is turned off.

• Manage/cancel: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Turning off auto-renew takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

• Lifetime purchase: Unlocks the specified features for the lifetime of the App/service as offered by us, subject to these Terms. It is not transferable and does not guarantee perpetual availability of any third-party services.

• Price changes: Prices may change. If prices change, Apple may require your consent to continue the subscription at the new price. If you do not consent, the subscription will end at the current period's end.

• Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com in accordance with Apple's policies. We do not issue refunds directly for purchases made through Apple.

• Taxes: Prices may include applicable taxes or taxes may be added depending on your billing territory.

• Service changes: We may add, modify, or discontinue features or content as permitted by these Terms.

The App does not use user accounts. You can use the App without registering or providing personal information.

User‑Uploaded Photos: The App allows you to upload your own photos to create custom jigsaw puzzles. All custom images are stored exclusively on your device and are never transmitted to our servers or any third parties. We do not have access to, collect, or store any of your custom images.

User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content of any images you upload to the App. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use the images you upload.

• Your images do not violate any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights.

• Your images do not contain illegal, harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.

• You will not upload images that violate any applicable laws or regulations.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of custom images in the App.

The App and its content, including but not limited to all text, graphics, images, puzzle designs, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the App or its content without our express written consent.

The App may contain links to third-party websites or content. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for such content or websites. Your use of third-party content and links is at your own risk.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use or inability to use the App.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post any changes on this page, and your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
